Wayne and Dylan Massengale have worked together with the rest of his family on a new project; the project is Dylan’s album. They stopped by KHOZ’s “Around the Table” interview on Monday to discuss the project.
Wayne has been at Grand Country for 16 years. According to the Ozark Mountain Music Association’s website, he “was the Arkansas State Fiddle Champion at age 17, as well as a founding charter member of the Arkansas Fiddlers Convention and host to many fiddle contests. He has been a legendary fiddle player in the Branson show industry for 37 years including the Roy Clark, Country Tonite and has been with Grand Country since 2005.”
Wayne’s son Dylan has a new album out. The album features a duet with Rhonda Vincent. “I’m very, very excited about this project, and I’m very excited to have my whole family on here,” Dylan said.
Dylan said he has been asked about an album for over one to two years.
