An event held in Harrison Thursday night continues to remember Victims of Domestic Violence and their families.

“This is a way for the Prosecutor’s office and law enforcement to honor victims of violent crimes who’ve been harmed in our community and let them know that we care,” 14th District Prosecuting Attorney David Ethridge tells Ozark Dyna Coms Spree Hilliard at the event.

Etheridge said it’s one thing to prosecute a person but that this event is about helping the victims heal. He said his office has integrated victim-witnesses services so they can help victims while the crimes are being prosecuted.

Hilliard’s interview with Ethridge can be seen in full on the Around The Table Facebook Page.
