City of Branson recognized Carlie Allison as Employee of the Month on Tuesday. Allison is the Parks Business Supervisor. Branson Alderman Jamie Whiteis presented the award to Allison.
“I kind of have a special place in my heart for anything with the Park board. I served on that before becoming an alderman, and as an alderman, I’m working with that group now,” Whiteis said.
He said Allison was receiving the award for her work on the new Flashlight Candy Cane Hunt. It was hosted by the Parks Department this winter. “While COVID-19 threw a monkey wrench at the Parks Department, Carlie was instrumental in coming up with a new event like this one that served our community while keeping them safe,” he said.
Allison was congratulated and told to keep up the good work.
