UPDATE: One of Two Men Who Fell Through Ice in Swan Creek Dies

One of the Oklahoma men who fell through the ice at Swan Creek Saturday Night has died.

An updated report from the Missouri State Highway Patrol indicates that 33-year-old Leo Satepauhoddle of Tulsa died of his injuries early Sunday Morning at Cox Medical Center in Branson.

Several area agencies joined the Missouri State Highway Patrol in working an incident on Swan Creek in Forsyth where Satepauhoddle along with 30-year-old Demarco McCoy, also of Tulsa, fell through the ice after attempting to walk across it.

McCoy is in serious condition at Cox South Hospital in Springfield.

The MSHP was assisted by the Taney County Sheriff’s Office and Forsyth Police along with firefighters from Central and Western Taney County as well as from Forsyth and Branson in working the incident.
