Many in the Arkansas State Legislature believe the proposed Hate Crime Legislation currently being debated is not needed because current law already covers those crimes.
One of those Lawmakers is Area State Senator Scott Flippo, who discussed his views on this during Monday’s “Around the Table” program on KHOZ.
Senator Flippo also discusses some Education Bills going through the Legislature as well as the recent censure of Senator Stephanie Flowers after her conduct during a recent Senate Debate.
