An area Healthcare Organization begins weekend coordinated clinics to administer the COVID-19 Vaccine.
Mercy in Branson was one of the locations that began those shots on Saturday and plans on continuing those shots in subsequent weekends with the hopes of adding locations in Aurora and Cassville next weekend. Mercy Branson Operations Manager Kyle David tells Ozarks First they hope to be able to offer more doses next weekend but that will be based on what the state allots.
To receive a vaccine, patients must go online to confirm eligibility under the state’s guidelines and sign up. Eligible patients will be contacted once the vaccine becomes available. However, this could take several weeks according to Mercy Officials.
