Many people involved in Tourism in the Lakes Region feel 2021 could be a rebound year, especially after a surge in first-time visitors to the region in 2020.
In a recent Ozarks First Feature, a couple of Branson Theater Managers said they saw an increase in first-time visitors when they reopened after being closed during the early period of the COVID-19 Pandemic.
Similar thoughts were expressed by Sheila Thomas, President and CEO of the Table Rock Lake Chamber of Commerce on Tuesday’s Ozarks Now Program.
Thomas said many businesses, especially those near the Lake, had big years after people began visiting the lake as things began to open after COVID-19 Shutdowns.
