A site that became familiar to many in the Branson area may be returning this year.
Branson Duck Tours, LLC announced in a Facebook Post in December that with the development of a new state-of-the-art vehicle called the Hydra-Terra, they would look to open for business this spring.
The company filed for and was granted a “Certificate of Organization” as a Limited Liability Company with the Missouri Secretary of State’s Office on December 30. According to that document obtain by Ozarks First, the name of the organizer is Richard Corby of Memphis, Tennessee while the local agent listed is David Smith of Branson.
No Duck Boat Tours have operated in the Branson Area since the accident in July of 2018 that claimed 17 lives on Table Rock Lake. The company running Duck Boat Tours at that time, Ripley Entertainment, discontinued the business.
