Coldest Temperatures of the Season Expected This Week

by: Scott McCaulley

The strongest round of cold air this season will move into the Lakes Region this weekend with consistent temperatures in the 40’s for highs and the 20’s for lows forecast for the coming week.

Weather Forecasters with the National Weather Service say after temperatures in the 50’s today and mid 30’s tonight, a strong Cold Front moves through on Sunday bringing a chance of rain for parts of the Lakes Region and dropping temperatures which by Sunday night will be in the mid 20’s.

Monday’s Temperature Range is expected only to be around 40 for the high and 20 for the low with temperatures settling into the mid 40’s to mid 20’s for the rest of the week with no precipitation in the forecast.
