As a strong cold front moves through the area, a few strong to severe thunderstorms are possible throughout the Lakes Region.
National Weather Service Forecasters in Little Rock, Springfield, and Tulsa rate the risk of severe thunderstorms as marginal, meaning any storms should be of short duration with high winds being the primary threat.
The front will move through the area tonight into Wednesday morning.
Storms should clear out of the area Wednesday morning with Weather Conditions to be dry and stable beginning Wednesday afternoon through Thanksgiving Day into the weekend, with the next chance of rain in most of the region expected Saturday night into Sunday.
