Taney County Judicial Center Goes Back to Phase One Operation

A positive COVID-19 Test from a staff member of the Taney County Judicial Center will put that facility back to a Phase 1 Operation.

According to an Administrative Order from Taney County Presiding Judge Jeff Merrell published in the Branson Tri-Lakes News, the County had moved to a Phase 3 earlier this month but due to the positive test, will go back to Phase 1 under a further Administrative Order is issued.

Judge Merrell states in the order that while the Circuit Court will continue operating, many procedures will be done remotely or will be rescheduled.
