After some brief discussion at Tuesday’s Branson Board of Alderman Meeting, an Ordinance passed on a unanimous vote to put on the April Ballot a renewal of the Tourism Tax on Hotels/Motels and Restaurants.
The current Tourism Tax, which is set to expire at the end of next year, uses the funds collected to provide infrastructure as well as to help promote the City’s Tourism Industry.
The Tourism Tax Questions will be on the Ballot for the 2021 Municipal Election on April 6.
