The current “At Your Service” Podcasts feature interviews with Taney County Clerk Donna Neeley as well as Stone County Chief Deputy Clerk Jeri Row visiting about some of the things to look for and be prepared for during Election Day.
Both officials expect anywhere from 75-85% voter turnout which means planning on time to stand on line. Neeley says one of the keys to shorting that time is to do your homework on candidates and ballot issues prior to arriving at the polls.
In addition to the Constitutional Amendments, Stone County Voters has a Ballot Proposal involving the Health Department and Kimberling City residents have a Ballot issue to vote on.
Voting officials state they have many measures in place to help keep the polling places clean in light of COVID-19 concerns. Row adds that Stone County Voters have the option to vote curbside.
