New Radio Program Honors Area Charities

Legends 1063 and My 100.1 announce the first recipient of the station’s new “Charity of the Month” program, presented by Central Bank.  The September winner is Shepherd of the Hills Humane Society.  Each month, we’ll highlight a different charity in Stone or Taney county and provide information on how our listeners can help support their mission.

Shepherd of the Hills Humane Society operates an animal adoption center and sponsors the only low-cost spaying and neutering clinic in Taney county for cats.    Persons interested in supporting the organization should remember they always need pet food, cat litter, laundry detergent, bleach and paper towels.  Volunteers are also welcome!  More information is available at www.bransonhumanesociety.com .

The Charity of the Month presenting sponsor, Central Bank, has partnered with our family of stations since we began as a company in 1986.  Central Bank of Branson is a community bank, firmly rooted and looking to the future of what’s best for our community.

If you would like to nominate an area charity as a future “Charity of the Month” honoree, visit KRZK.com or MYKOMC.com and click on the charity of the month tab.
