Teenager Suffers Injuries in Sea Doo Accident on Table Rock Lake

A teenager is injured when he gets ejected from the Sea Doo he was riding on Table Rock Lake at Fisher Creek Cove in Stone County Sunday afternoon.

According to the Missouri State Highway Patrol Accident Report, the incident occurred around 2:50 when 17-year-old Austin O’Hare of Republic jumped the wake of a another vessel with his Sea Doo and became airborne with O’Hare being ejected from then impacting the Sea Doo just as it hit water.

O’Hare sustained serious injuries and was taken to Cox South Hospital in Springfield for treatment.  The MSHP was assisted on the scene by the Southern Stone County Fire Protection District.
