TCHD Announces Possible COVID-19 Community Exposures

The Taney County Health Department (TCHD) is reporting 152 cases of COVID-19 in Taney County. There have been 3 deaths, 62 recovered, and 87 active cases.

The Taney County Health Department is notifying the public of potential community exposures from multiple COVID-19 positive residents and visitors.

Prior to being diagnosed, these individuals went to the following locations:
Wednesday July 8th 5:30 pm -6:30 pm Big Cedar Lodge Buffalo Bar (unmasked)
Thursday July 9th 5:50 pm -10:45 pm Clay Cooper Theater (unspecified)
Friday July 10th 7:00 pm- 8:30 pm Mr G’s Chicago Pizza (unspecified)
Sunday July 19th 2:00- 2:30 pm Steak and Shake, 503 W Main Street Branson (masked)

If you were at any of these locations during this time, please monitor for symptoms. If symptoms do develop, please notify your healthcare provider for further consultation.

Taney County Health department is asking that everyone wear a face covering or mask, follow social distancing guidelines and stay home if you are sick.
