COVID-19 Keeps County Offices Closed in Carroll County

The growing numbers of COVID-19 Cases in Carroll County forced Judge Sam Barr to once again order County Offices closed to the General Public.

Barr, in an interview on KRZK’s “At Your Service Program” says County Office Holders and Staff are still conducting business, just remotely.

Barr says that office visits can happen by appointment.
