In what has almost become a daily occurrence, Taney County has recorded yet another COVID-19 Case, the County’s 27th plus releases information on a recent visitor to the Tri-Lakes Area that tested positive for the Virus in their Home State.
According to a release from the Taney County Health Department, the 27th Taney County Resident to contract COVID-19 was a contact of another individual diagnosed with the Virus and was already quarantined. The total number of active cases in the county now stands at 13.
Meanwhile, Taney County Health Department Director Lisa Marshall said in the release that a recent visitor to the area was diagnosed with the Virus once returning to their home state.
The individual visited the Top of Rock Lost Canyon Cave and Nature Trail along with the Osage Restaurant on June 10, then visited Harter House in Hollister, the Cedar Junction General Store, State Park Marina Boat Rental, and the Pour House in Hollister on June 11.
Individuals visiting those locations on those dates need to monitor for possible COVID-19 Symptoms.
