Two teenagers from Bradleyville are hurt, one seriously, after they lost control of the Utility Terrain Vehicle as they were attempting to pass another vehicle.

The Missouri State Highway Patrol reports the accident occurred around 1:45 Friday morning on Highway 125 north of Bradleyville. As the UTV attempted to pass a pick-up truck, the UTV hit the front of the pick-up sliding out of control and overturning.

The two teenagers, not named in the accident report, were taken for treatment of their injuries to Cox South Hospital in Springfield by Taney County Ambulance while the driver of the pick-up, 17-year-old Larry Kerr of Ava, was not injured.
