Taney County Voting Locations for Tuesday Municipal Election

by: Scott McCaulley

Taney County Clerk Donna Neeley announced in May that the June Municipal Election would take place via a drive thru voting method.

The Statement released from the Clerk’s Office Details some of the procedure that will be in place:

“We ask that you come prepared to vote in your vehicle. You do have the option
of exiting your vehicle and voting at the Official Table. We will have Secracy Screens
available. While voting in your vehicle we ask you to bring a smooth surface to put
your ballot on, ie: magazine, cardboard etc. We WILL NOT be touching your I.D’s: the
Judges will manually enter the information from your I.D. into the PollPad. You will
then simply sign the PollPad as always using your finger. We will sanitize the PollPads
between each voter. You will be provided a pen to mark your ballot. Which we will
retain and sanitize for the next Election. We will have the regular Ballot Box/OVO for
you to deposit your ballot in. Please feel free to bring any personal protection you feel is
