Branson Women Seriously Injured After Collision With Parked Car

A woman sustains serious injuries after a crash Monday afternoon that ended with the vehicle colliding with a parked car.

The Missouri State Highway Patrol reports the accident occurred just before 1:30 Monday afternoon when a vehicle driven by 82-year-old Lorita Curtis of Branson ran off Highway 76 two miles east of Branson striking a culvert and trees before travelling into a parking lot striking an unoccupied vehicle.

Curtis was taken to Cox Medical Center in Branson for treatment of her injuries.
