A drive up and drop off for donations for food, hygiene and cleaning products for OACAC (Ozarks Area Community Action Corporation) is being held through Friday from 9 am to 5 pm in Branson West.
The Stone County OACAC Neighborhood Center in Kimberling City is still overwhelmed with rent and utility assistance requests. The OACAC Emergency Pantry and Southern Stone County Pantry shelves need replenishment. They are also in need of hygiene and cleaning supplies.
Drop off boxes will be located in front of Maureen Darby, State Farm and Branson Bank Lending Center offices at Highway 13 & DD, in Branson West across from the Mule Express.
Just drive up & drop off non-perishable food items, cleaning or hygiene products.
• Food needs: hearty soups, complete meals, rice, dry beans and cereals.
• Hygiene needs: baby wipes, toothpaste, deodorant; feminine hygiene products, shampoo and bar soap.
• Cleaning needs include: dish and laundry soap; bleach; household cleaners and paper towels.
Checks accepted! Tax deductible checks made out to either OACAC or Southern Stone County Food Pantry may be put in the locked red box or personally handed through our new “donation window”. For safety & to avoid theft, please do NOT put cash in red box!
