Entering Wednesday, the number of COVID-19 Cases in Taney County was at eight.
While entering the day, nearly 36 hours had passed since the last positive report, Taney County Health Department Director Lisa Marshall says in an interview on KRZK’s “At Your Service Program” that as more tests are done, there could be a surge of cases in the county.
Marshall did say that the Governor’s Stay at Home Order issued on top of what some Local Governments had already put in place plus the CDC Recommendations of wearing Masks in Public can have a positive impact on keeping the surge of cases down in the region.
