The Taney County Health Department now reports six positive tests for the COVID-19 Virus in the county.
In a release Saturday evening, it was reported that the latest positive test is of a person who had contact with another person tested positive for the virus. The release goes on to say that the risk to the community is low since this individual has limited contact in the community.
Stone County reported its third case of COVID-19 late Friday. In follow-up information released from the Stone County Health Department on Saturday, they report the assessment of risk to the community is small due to the individual keeping their contact limited and following isolation and quarantine guidelines.
Elsewhere, Barry County still is reporting one case in Missouri while in Arkansas, Boone County remains at three cases with Carroll and Newton Counties each still reporting one with Searcy County now up to five.
