by: Scott McCaulley

The Taney County Health Department is investigating another individual who had a positive COVID-19 Virus test that works at the CoxHealth Heart Center in Branson.

In a release Wednesday afternoon, TCHD officials indicate that the person involved is an Arkansas resident and they are working with the Arkansas Department of Health to get more information on from this individual who is currently in isolation.

The CoxHealth Clinic is a stand-alone clinic that had just reopened on Monday after another employee who resides in Christian County had tested positive for COVID-19. The clinic is once again closed after this latest positive.

Anyone who visited the clinic during the week of March 23rd should be alert for possible symptoms of the COVID-19 Virus including coughing, fever, and difficulty breathing. Anyone with those symptoms should contact a healthcare professional for further evaluation.
