MSHP Works Pair of Accidents in Lakes Region

The Missouri State Highway Patrol works a pair of accidents in the Lakes Region at the end of the week.

Thursday afternoon, two people sustain moderate injuries in a one vehicle crash north of Branson on Highway 65. The online crash report indicates the accident occurred when  35-year-old Daisy McDaniel of Branson lost control of her vehicle and ran off the roadway. McDaniel and a four-year-old passenger in the vehicle sustained moderate injuries and were treated at Cox South Hospital in Springfield.

One person sustained a minor injury in a two vehicle crash in Stone County early Friday morning. Troopers report the accident occurred when a vehicle driven by 24-year-old Cameron Hyde from Crane failed to yield to a vehicle driven by 49-year-old Joseph McCulloch also of Crane. Neither driver was injured but a passenger in McCulloch’s vehicle, 47-year-old Eric Stepp of Crane, did sustain minor injuries that were treated at Mercy Hospital in Aurora.
