Kara Miller, Community Health Educator with the Taney County Health Department, in an interview on KRZK’s “At Your Service Program” says that virus is an unknown strain from the Corona Group of Virus that can spread quickly.
While there is currently no Vaccine for the Virus, treating it is similar to treating symptoms of the common cold. Older People and those with Heart or Lung Diseases are especially at risk due to the quickness the virus can spread and the impact on the immune system.
