While the College of the Ozarks Bobcats held strong early in the NAIA DIvision Two National Championship First Round Game against Morningside College, the Mustangs, who spent part of the season as the Number One Team in the Country, showed their power and eventually pulled away to a 99-58 win in Sioux Falls, South Dakota Wednesday afternoon.

The Bobcats lone senior Brandt Cochran got hot early and built a six point lead but the Mustangs surged ahead to lead by 12 at halftime then after withstanding a brief C of O run in the second half, eventually cruised to the victory.

Cochran led all scores with 25 points in his final game as a Bobcat.
