Two Area School District Cancel Classes Due to Illness

by: Scott McCaulley

While many in the region brace for a possible impact due to Winter Weather, two area School Districts have called off classes for Wednesday due to circumstances unrelated to the weather.

The Bergman and Lead Hill School Districts have both announced that there will be no school Wednesday due to the number of students, teachers, and staff members that have been sick due to Flu or other illnesses.

Several school districts in Arkansas have had some school days cancelled due to high rates of absenteeism due to the Flu.
