Six People Injured in Traffic Accident Near Galena

The Missouri Highway Patrol works a one vehicle crash near Galena that injures six people Thursday.

According to the online crash report, the accident occurred around 7:00 when a vehicle driven by 39-year-old Jessica Johnson of Galena went off of Camp Clark Hill and struck a fence and two trees.

Johnson sustained serious injuries in the crash while five passengers in the vehicle all sustained minor injuries. All of the injured were taken to Cox South Hospital in Springfield.
