Tuesday Basketball Recap: C of O Holds On, North Ark Wins on Road, HS Scores

Recapping Tuesday’s Basketball Action:

The College of the Ozarks Bobcats hold off Crowley’s Ridge from Arkansas getting an 82-78 win Tuesday night at the Keeter Athletic Contest. The Bobcats had to hold off a couple of late surges by the Pioneers to secure the win behind the 21 points of Brandt Cochran. The Bobcats go to 12-8 with the win.

Meanwhile, the North Arkansas College Lady Pioneers pick up a road win Tuesday night at Missouri Baptist 78-66.

Among the results in High School Basketball, Harrison splits two home games with Prairie Grove the Girls winning 78-42 but the Boys losing 67-59. Among the other results include Berryville begin swept by Farmington while in Boys action, Forsyth wins a close game over Hollister 51-48, Blue Eye and Cassville take opening round wins at the Spokane Tournament with action on the Girls side including a win for Branson at the Bolivar Tournament and Blue Eye getting a regular season win over Fordland.
