The Neosho Boys and Marshfield Girls come out as the top teams at the annual Branson Invitational Meet Saturday.

The Wildcats picked up two first and four second place finishes in claiming the team title while the Lady Jays finished in the top three of all but one of the weight classes entered to grab the title.

As for area wrestlers, the top finishes from the host Pirates Boys team were third place finishes Christian Cartright at 126 and Cade Grimm at 152 while Christian Berumen placed fifth at 195. Branson also picked up a third place finish from the second team with Max Petruccelli picking up a third place finish at 170.

From Reeds Spring, the top  boys top finisher was by Evan Wilson at 260.

On the Girls Side, Branson gets second place finishes by Neah Finkbone at 120 and Erin Bohmont at 142. Branson wrestelers finished no worse than sixth in all of the weight classes they entered and also picked up a second place finish on the Branson 2 Team with Sarah King taking runner-up at 115.

Reeds Spring also picked up a second place finish on the girls side with Lexi Harris at 166.
