Chain Reaction Accident Injures Three

A four car chain reaction accident takes place on Highway 60 late Monday afternoon in Billings injuring three people.

The accident took place around 4:50 when a van driven by 30-year-old David Lunsford of Springfield hit a vehicle stopped in traffic that collided with two other vehicles in front of it.

The driver of the first vehicle hit, 58-year-old Lesa Williams King of Aurora sustained moderate injuries while two passengers in the van, 23-year-old Katarena Beatty of Springfield and 82-year-old Rita Craig of Cassville sustained minor and moderate injuries respectively. All injuries were treated at Cox South Hosptial in Springfield.

Lunsford and the driver of the other two vehicles were not injured.
