Several items that were not addressed when the last Branson Board of Alderman Meeting ended abruptly in November will be considered on a First Reading at a Special Board Meeting scheduled for 4:30 this afternoon at City Hall.
Besides several spending and contract Bills, First Reading will also take place on a High Density Zoning request for The Lodges of Chateau Cove as well as an amendment to the Branson Municipal Code pertaining to Uses.
The items on the agenda were among those not voted on when the November 26 meeting ended abruptly when three Alderman walked out after a dispute arose between them and the Mayor on how a vote was handled on the Highway 76 Project. That discussion is scheduled to continue as well as Final Readings on the Bills from today’s meeting at the next regularly scheduled Board Meeting on December 10, the only regular meeting scheduled for December due to the Holidays.
