Food Harvest

From: Ozark Mountain Media Group

The Holiday Food Harvest, “Fill the Pantries 2019,” presented by Ozark Mountain Media Group and the Tri-Lakes Board of Realtors takes place Wednesday, November 27 from 9 am to 6 pm. In its thirty-first year, the Holiday Food Harvest works with area grocery stores for a massive, day-long food drive for three area agencies who serve those in need: Christian Action Ministries, Christian Associates of Table Rock Lake, and The Salvation Army.

You can donate non-perishable food items or money during the Holiday Food Harvest by stopping by one of these locations next Wednesday:

  • Collecting for CAM: Price Chopper and Country Mart in Branson and Save-a-Lot, and Country Mart in Forsyth.
  • Collecting for Christian Associates: Walmart and King Food Saver in Branson West, and Harter House in Kimberling City.
  • Collecting for The Salvation Army: Harter House and Country Mart in Hollister and Sunfest Market

“We are so grateful to the Tri-Lakes Board of Realtors, and our Community First partners – TRAC Materials, Cambridge Adult Day Center, Skaggs Foundation, and College of the Ozarks – for helping us serve our community in this way,” says Kristen Clemmens, food drive coordinator for Ozark Mountain Media Group.

Janet Bezzerides of the Tri-Lakes Board of Realtors tells HometownDailyNews.com that over the past few years “…almost 7 tons of food, and just under $8,000 have been donated during the Holiday Food Harvest. Help us fill up these food pantries as we head into our season of greatest need.”
