Harrison City-Wide Leaf Pick-up Begins Next Week

Press Release

Harrison city crews will begin picking up leaves on November 25th. Here is the schedule by ward:

Ward 2 – November 25th to December 6th (excluding Nov 28-29)
Ward 3 – December 9th to December 13th
Ward 1 – December 16th to December 20th
Ward 4 – December 23th to December 31th (excluding Dec 24-25)

Please remember to rake the leaves near the curb, but keep the leaves off of the street. They are dangerous to motorist, especially motorcycles and are not good in the city drain system.

If you have bagged leaves (no plastic bags) that you should like picked up, set them curbside and will be picked up on Thursdays and Fridays only.  Bagged leaves can also be dropped off at Inland Services at 805 cottonwood Rd.
