On a day where both Arkansas and Missouri conducted High School Cross Country State Championship Races, a school in each state claims a title.

The Harrison Lady Goblins successfully defend their 4A State Championship Title claiming the Championship in Hot Springs while Ruthie Ryan defended her medalist honor claiming the individual title. Two other Lady Goblin Runners finished in the top 10 with Noelle Pall taking 4th, Camryn Casey 5th.

Meanwhile in Missouri, the Blue Eye Girls follow-up their Class 1 Track and Field Title in the Spring with the Class 1 Cross Country Team Championship in Columbia. Riley Arnold finished first in the individual race for the second year in a row with her sister Avery finishing second and Lady Bulldog teammate Braylynn Starks taking fifth. The Blue Eye Boys meanwhile captured a second place team finish in the Class 1 Meet.
