The second Friday in November sees several area teams in big Football Match-ups:

The Branson Pirates return to the District Semi-finals after losing in the Opening Round last year following two straight years of making it to the second round. The Pirates, after their 33-27 overtime win over Republic last week will have a re-match with Carthage tonight. With both teams missing players due to injury, the Tigers were able to rally by the Pirates 16-7 in the regular season match-up in October in Branson. Tonight’s game in Carthage begins at 7:00 and can be heard on 106.3 KRZK.

Meanwhile, its the final week of the regular season in Arkansas, and the Harrison Goblins, who already have a Number One Seed secured for the upcoming playoffs, look to finish the campaign undefeated with a home win tonight over Farmington. Kick-off  is at 7:00 with the game being broadcast on 1029 the Z.

It’s called the Carroll County Super Bowl, and with neither team advancing to the playoffs, this is the championship game for the Berryville Bobcats and the Green Forest Tigers as they have their annual match-up tonight. This year’s game is hosted by Green Forest and will kick-off at 7:00.
