Three People Injured in Stone County Accident

Three people are injured, one seriously, in a two-vehicle crash at the intersection of Highway 13 and 76 in Reeds Spring.

The Missouri Highway Patrol reports the accident occurred just before 1:30 Monday afternoon when a vehicle driven by 22-year-old Patricia Morris of Forsyth failed to yield right of way and turned into the path of a vehicle driven by 64-year-old Dennis Lewis of Lampe.

Lewis sustained only minor injuries that were treated at Cox Medical Center in Branson while Morris sustained moderate injuries with a passenger in her vehicle, 21-year-old Mackenzie Hileman of Forsyth, sustained serious injuries and taken to Cox South Hospital in Springfield for treatment.
