Sunday turned into a rainy day around the Lakes Region as a stalled cold front continued to produce significant amounts of rain.
Thunderstorms rumbled through the area with some severe storms reported in Northern Arkansas but no reports of damage.
Rainfall amounts reported to Storm Dar Weather through Facebook generally show amounts ranging from three to four inches in Southwest Missouri with areas around Forsyth seeing five inches of rain and some higher amounts reported in Northern Arkansas. Stone County Emergency Management report over three and a half inches of rain to the National Weather Service Office in Springfield.
