The Dick Clark American Bandstand Theater is the site Wednesday evening of a benefit concert for the American Valor Foundation.

Jason Prichett and his band Steele Horses along with comedian Chad Prather will be the feature performers for the benefit. Proceeds will go to the American Valor Association, an organization dedicated to support for Military Veterans, First Responders, and their families. The organizations founders, the parents of “American Sniper” Chris Kyle Wayne and Deby Kyle, will be in attendance at the concert.

Ticket prices are $20 each for First Responders, Military Members and their families as well as Branson, Forsyth, Hollister, Kirbyville, and Reeds Spring school staff members and families along with Students and Staff Members and families from College of the Ozarks or Ozarks Technical Community College as well as staff and family from Cox Health Branson. Other tickets are $35 for the 7:30 show.
