Ron McNair Seeks Re-election to AR State House

State Representative Ron McNair has announced his intention to seek re-election to the office of Arkansas State Representative District 98 subject to the Republican primary in March 2020. McNair was first elected to the House of Representatives in 2014 and is serving his third term.
During the 92nd General Assembly Rep McNair served on the Public Transportation Committee, the Agriculture, Forestry, and Economic Committee, the Joint Energy Committee, and the Legislative Council , and the following sub-committees, Co-Chair of Highway Commission Review and Advisory, Litigation Reports Oversight, Lottery Oversight, and Peer.
McNair and his wife, Phyllis, reside in Alpena, where he owns and operates Ron’s Auto Service.

In his re-election announcement, Rep McNair said, “I feel very honored to have been able to serve the citizens of Boone and Carroll counties that reside in District 98 as their state representative during the last three legislative sessions. I am asking for the opportunity to continue my service in the legislature during the 93rd General Assembly. I would also like to thank everyone for their thoughts, prayers and support.
