BRANSON, Mo.–  Onlookers watched Tuesday as part of Branson’s old Grand Palace building came down to make way for the new Branson Boardwalk and 40,000 square foot aquarium.

Developers announced that the entire front part of the building had to be demolished because black mold had made the wood unsalvageable.

As a result, the opening of the attraction will now take place sometime next summer instead of the early spring
