A group of Hollister Middle School students made their mark during a conference in St. Louis.

Ten students attended the Midwest Education Technology Community Conference last month (Feb. 11-13), where they presented their work to teachers in augmented reality, virtual reality and game design, and they handled the social media for the conference.

In addition to teachers, organizers said other attendees at the conference included industry professionals from companies like Apple and Microsoft, according to online reports.
