Missouri High Schools conducted Boys Wrestling Districts over the weekend with the top four finishers in each District moving on to the State Tournament this coming weekend in Columbia.

Wrestlers from Hollister and Reeds Spring competed at the Class 2 District in Monett. One Hollister wrestler will move on as Dylan Barber takes fourth in the 285 Weight Class. The top Lakes Region Finisher at Monett was Reeds Spring’s Clayton Johnson who finished second at 170. Other qualifiers from Reeds Spring include Tyler Nance at 113 and Eric Holt at 132. The host Monett took home the team District Championship.

Branson Wrestlers competed at the Class 3 District at Union with three wrestlers moving on. Caden Lorenez finished second at 138 with a pair of third place finishes going to Christian Cartright at 120 and Collin Andrews at 170.

The State Championships for both Boys and Girls takes place this weekend at the University of Missouri.
