The City of Branson will close West Hensley Street to traffic starting at 8:00 a.m. today through Thursday so contractors can make repairs to a sanitary service line at the intersection of West Hensley and South Fifth Street.
In Addition to West Hensley being closed to traffic, South Fifth Street will also be reduced to one lane in both directions between Ellison and Cliff Drive. Citizens are asked to park their vehicles on Ellison Street for the duration of the installation.
The contractor will have workers to help with the flow of traffic. Drivers are asked to be aware of workers in the area and slow-down in the work area.
Meanwhile in Harrison, the alley between Rush and Ridge and Main and Willow that runs between the Harrison Daily Times and the Lyric Theater will be closed today at 8:00 a.m. until Thursday at 3:30 p.m. for the replacement of the sewer line.
The entrance to Bear State Bank Building at Hwy. 65 North will be closed this morning from 7:45 until approximately 9:00 for concrete work. Traffic coming from Harness Road will not be allowed to use the traffic signal during this time.
