End of the Year Means Property Taxes Due in Missouri

With the end of the year less than a week away, officials in both Stone and Taney Counties remind residents about the payment of Personal Property Taxes.

Taxes not paid and postmarked by December 31 is subject to a penalty for late payment.

The Stone County Courthouse in Galena is maintaining normal hours the rest of this week plus next Monday from 8-4 while the Taney County Courthouse in Forsyth is opening an hour early for the rest of this week and next Monday with hours from 7-5.

Both courthouses will be closed on New Year’s Day.
