Holiday Tournaments Upcoming

The traditional full schedule of Holiday Basketball Tournaments is on tap again for the 2018 Holiday Season. While a boys and girls tournament is already underway in Walnut Grove, many more tournaments are set for after Christmas:

The annual Blue and Gold and Pink and White Tournaments will take place in Springfield with several area teams taking part. Branson, Crane, Hollister, and Reeds Spring are among those in the Blue and Gold while Blue Eye and Branson are participant in the Pink and White. The Blue and Gold is at Missouri State University while the Pink and White Lady Classic is at Drury University both running Wednesday-Saturday.

As mentioned earlier, the Walnut Grove Tournament is already underway with both the Boys and Girls from Hurley taking part as well as Forsyth Boys along with the Crane and Hollister Girls Teams. Play resumes on the Boys side of the tournament on Wednesday and the Girls on Thursday.

Southwest High School in Washburn is hosting both a Boys and Girls Tournament with Galena and Reeds Spring both taking part in the Girls Competition. Both tournaments also run Wednesday-Saturday.

Two big tournaments are hosted by Berryville and Harrison High Schools both beginning Thursday and running through Saturday.

In Harrison, the Lendel Thomas Classic presented by Magness Toyota will include both the Goblins and Lady Goblins as well as several other schools from around the region will take part. All games will be at the High School with games the first and third days split between Goblin Arena and the Lendel Thomas Gym.

In Berryille, the Cornerstone Bank Holiday Hoops Tournament will include not only the host Bobcats and Lady Bobcats as well as both the Bergman and Huntsville teams as well as the Green Forest Girls. All games will be played at Bobcat Arena.
