A Lebanon man was sentenced to 34 years in prison for domestic assault and kidnapping.
Patrick Malone, 48, of Lebanon, was charged for domestic assault in the first degree, domestic assault in the second degree, and kidnapping.
In October of 2017, Branson Police found his girlfriend walking on the road, badly beaten.
She said Malone beat her face, kept her from leaving his motel room, and sat on her neck, pinning her to the floor,
At the time of the assault in Taney County, Malone was on supervised probation in Laclede County for a felony drug case for which he was facing 20 years in prison.
The 34-year sentence is to be served consecutively with Laclede County’s sentence.
