A new flu death has been reported in Arkansas.

The person who died is in the 45-64 age range, according to Meg Mirivel, public information director for the Arkansas Department of Health.

Mirivel did not provide any other details about the latest flu victim.

This death is the fourth in the state so far this flu season, according to Mirivel.

The first flu death was reported in October. That victim was also in the 45-64 age range. Mirivel described both the second and third flu deaths as people in the 45-65 age range.
